It’s World Vegetarian Day! Although I am not a vegetarian, I try to get as many of them into my day as possible. This curry is filled with fibre and protein and is (of course) vegetarian. My friend Kelly likes back muscles, I like these mussels. Don't get me wrong, a man with a good strong back is great, but with these you get to pick all the features. No bad personality, boring chat or lack of chemistry but rather your desired level of spice in a white wine cream sauce.

The most important part of pizza is the sauce. So in my attempt to get a Cooking with Friends Pizza Edition going, I made some dough (which was decent) but I made some sauce, which was better than I expected. So then I made it a few more times (it's easy!) to make sure it was consistently as good as I had hoped. Here it is! I hope you love it as much as I do and put it on all the pizzas.

Shakshuka is a dish best enjoyed at breakfast. Or lunch. Or dinner. The ingredients are simple and my guess is you already have most of them. Here are some of the reasons I have been making this a lot lately:
