Does "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" ring any bells? For those notorious breakfast skippers...this one is for you. I promise you that no Zzz's will be sacrificed, only your hangriest mid-morning attitude. Packed with oats, greek yogurt, fruit, cinnamon and seeds, this will give you the fibre/protein/fats fix you need to keep you going until lunch!
Helpful Hint: store the muesli in individual containers overnight so that you can grab it and go!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
2/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 a granny smith apple
1/4 cup pomegranate
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1-2 tsp honey
Cinnamon to taste
Slice granny smith apple into thin slices or matchsticks.
Combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, apple, pomegranate, coconut and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
Add honey and cinnamon to taste.
Place in fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with any other fresh fruit you desire and enjoy! (Or don't - it will still be good, I promise)
