Mango Lassi

When I was younger, I was never into the mango lassi until one of my mango-obsessed besties showed me the way. Since then, it has been my drink of choice when dining at any Indian restaurant. The only thing is, I never know what is in them. How much fruit? Is it fresh? Is it juice? Added sugar? Buttermilk? CREAM? What even is a lassi? Actually, I know the answer to that, it is a yogurt (or buttermilk) based Indian drink.
This is perfect for a breakfast, snack or accompaniment to your Indian feast. With a generous (but still healthy) portion of mango, spices and yogurt, you can't go wrong.
