Mango Lassi

When I was younger, I was never into the mango lassi until one of my mango-obsessed besties showed me the way.

Since then, it has been a favourite when dining at Indian restaurants. The only thing is, I never know what is in them. How much fruit? Is it fresh? Is it juice? Added sugar? Buttermilk? Cream? What even is a lassi? Actually, I know the answer to that, it is a yogurt (or buttermilk) based Indian drink.

This version skips the added sugar and mango pulp and is perfect for breakfast, a snack or as an accompaniment to your Indian feast.
