Cauliflower Hot Wings

The Super Bowl is approaching. Maybe it’s about the game, maybe the game is just another thing happening during the Beyonce show. 

Either way, cauliflower "wings" coated in delicious buffalo sauce are the perfect, guilt-free game day food.

Serves 4


  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha 

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (yields approximately 8 cups of chopped cauliflower)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp butter


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and toss in olive oil.

  3. Spread cauliflower onto a non-stick baking sheet, and bake until slightly browned at edges, approximately 20-25 minutes.

  4. In a separate` pot, place melt butter on stove on low heat.

  5. Add the hot sauce, sriracha, salt and lemon juice and stir well until it is simmering. 

  6. Once cooked, toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce and serve hot.
